Called I answered they hang up now blocked

Wanted to talk to me about claiming for an accident I had two years ago. I don’t have an accident two years ago. I called the scammers and told them to get a real job.

Tried to call back was advised the number is disconnected. Suss..

Rang in 7th Nov, didn’t leave msg, again on 8th. They asked if I’d had an accident , no I hadn’t. They confirmed my first and last name! Weird part is the number listed as from Spearwood, just 10 mins away and sounded Australian. ?

They rang Thursday x 3, Friday x 2 and once today. Not one message left to say who or what, just hang up every time. Have blocked them

Rang back, call could not be connected. Scam

Called twice now, no message left. Will be blocked.

My new Nokia G11 Plus has me bamboozled - and today's weird phone call is just part of it. My phone rang but it was under a piece of paper. As I moved the paper, the call was somehow connected and I heard an obviously recorded "goodbye", then the call disconnected. When I searched my call history it came up as "spam". Weird, weirder and weirdest!!!!!!!

Most definitely a scam, advising me that I’ve had an accident recently. As I haven’t, and NOBODY gives you money for nothing……block, block, block

Came through as a scam call. Now blocked

Called back but phone number disconnected. Reported as suspected scam. Number now blocked.

No message random call on a Friday evening at 5.32pm

Stated that I had been in an accident in the last 3 years. When I said I hadn't, she asked if I was sure? She must have obtained my details from somewhere (claim harvesting).

Got a call from this number just now. Location showed as a suburb two over from me. I said “hello”, the woman was slow to respond, but finally she said “hello”, so i repeated “hello”. She said she was from “accident claim management”. I said “you’re a scammer, are you”. She asked “what makes you ask that”. I replied “well, why would you be calling me?” As i know i haven’t been in an accident. She hung up.
They always hang up when you mention them being scammers

Said they were ringing about a car accident I had, but didn't have one they were very insistent, obviously some sort of scammer.

Says they are ringing about an accident I had in the past 2 years, didn't have one so there just scammers trying to suck you in

So far I've had two "the caller didn't leave a message" and one "voicemail" consisting of 4 seconds of odd background noises. Three calls so far today.
