I have the same experience - frequently calls with no message. Concerned and have blocked.

Caller: Scammer

Scammer called pretending to be Microsoft Support and wanting to remotely connect to my computer to "assist me" with a security problem. Hung up on them and blocked the number.

Suspect phone number. Called and immediately cut off when I answered. Tried calling back from land line to check and number is bouncing between transfers - obviously automated dialing for marketing or scan purposes. Have blocked the number.
