I was on call to Optus and phone got cut off. This number rang and no one there. ? Optus not sure.

Caller: Optus Yes, this is an actual Optus phone number. It is not a scam. A woman I spoke to this morning, named 'Kate', ( I rang the Optus 13 number this morning and spoke to her first) called me back this afternoon on this number.

Caller: (08) 6158 7500 Says he was from Optus, knew my name and gave an employee ID number which sounded completely made up. He then laughed when I said it sounded 'scammy" - very dodgy!
