Continually call and hang up.. belongs to NTC Voice Solutions who do research for Optus..Does anyone who is with another provider get this type of call

They keep calling and hanging up. No words are exchanged except for me to say hello. I have left it to go to voice-mail so they can here a bit more of who I am, but they keep calling and hanging up without saying a word.
