Tried to call them back, and a US-accented robot said: “Hello. we are not able to take your call” etc. I’m guessing a robo-scam!

Hangs up when one answers and then, you received lots of mobile scam messages.

A woman with an Aussie accent called saying that she was calling from 'EMLAC' regarding some grant. I asked here what 'EMLAC' was but she hung up. So I guess, either it's marketing or scam.
