Scam. I just got a call and used my Facebook name, which is not my legal name, and asked about my car accident. I did have a car accident but he is using my Facebook name. Scam

Scam caller claiming to be from the Western Australian Insurance Commission about a fictional car accident. When I told him off not just for being a scammer but also for calling late at night, he started abusing me, threatening to f*** me up and telling me I should be scared. Reported to service provider and will report to the ombudsman if they don't take action.

Absolutely 100% scam. If you get a chance play along with them and try and find out who they are

they called a few times this week but happened that i was busy. when I rang back and it was engaged. today i picked up and they said they were calling from ICWA which i had dealt with them before. but my claim has already been settled so i had a doubt why they called and asked for my details. and then searched it up and end up here that it was a scam.
