Unknown interstate number. I don't know anyone interstate so it could well be one of those reverse charge calls where your account gets billed and the caller gets the money. I called this number back on a phone that doesn't supply a caller ID, and this number doesn't even ring. It's just silent then you get a disconnected signal. So this is a fake phone number and my suspicions are probably right.
