Contacted my elderly father, said they were an Australian Government Agency (he doesn't recall the name they used) who needed to talk to him about his bank account being hacked. Proceeded to hack his bank account of several thousand dollars.

Nuisance Call. Says Hullo with background noise (call centre ?) then hangs up.

Caller: Mark Claimed to be from CBA and that an international hacker was trying to send money out of my account, but they could delay it for 24 hours, they sent a link to my mobile, I checked on CBA bank scams and it said you can ask for a callchecker to be sent to you CBA APP to verify someone claiming to be from CBA, I asked the caller for a callchecker and he said I have just sent sms to your phone, and I said no, it must be sent to my APP, he carried on again so I started yelling at him that he was a scammer and he hung up.
