Claiming to be from ebay that a gift card had been purchased by someone using my details. My iep wasnt secure. And she asked wether I wanted to authorised for the payment to go the as it was on hold . She wanted me to download a certian app which I refused to do scam

When is Telstra going to be held to account for (a) allowing spoofing of their customers private phone numbers( we pay for and are identified by these numbers and (b) penalised by got for not using the data on sites like these to block the spammers who have been listed multiple times.
