Caller: Unkown She asked if she was speaking with ‘my name’ my standard response is well you rang me. She became verbally abusive telling me to go and f#$k myself. Incredibly rude and blaming me for not listening. I know who I ring when I call and don’t need to confirm. Whoever she works for this is definitely a company to avoid
