If you call back it allows you to enter your number as do not call again

Received a call from this number. I answered though didn't say any thing, and they simply hung up. Bloody annoying!

They call around 1000-1100, called me a few days in a row. Never leave a voice message and then when you call back it says it's the Black Dog institute

First time, when I answered, they hung up (after a pause) - possibly international call.

Second time, I let the phone ring out, and retrieved number afterwards. When I called back, they CLAIMED to be Black Dog Institute. I do not believe them, because this is a Perth phone number.

I called number back.
Recorded message for Black Dog Institute.

They called and no message left. I didn't pick up as I've been getting scam calls using spoofed numbers and I didn't recognise the area code.

I answered - No reply

I have just blocked the number as I do each time I get a call from an unknown number and no message.

When I answered they hung up.

They keep calling but no msg left. When called back they hang up.
