Caller: I don't know Unknown number so did not answer. Automated voice message left telling me "we have contact you many times but can't contact you. You have an urgent document notification. For details press 1 for English"... etc. I'm not awaiting any urgent documents and haven't received any emails either so fairly certain it's a scam
