Caller: Blue Pacific Power Claimed to be an independent body that would identify best rates for power and gas. Actually working for Blue Pacific Power and trying to coach customers across. Unrelenting in trying to seal the deal. Calls on average 3 times a day Monday to Saturday. Typical pressure sales tactics.
