Caller: Microsoft Microsoft marketing upsell spam - a complete waste of time. These calls will simply remind customers to trim licenses or downgrade rather than upgrade!!

Apparently it's someone from Microsoft, requesting to speak to one of the companies directors - wouldn't leave a message - sounds like SPAM?
