fake/scam law firm

I have been receiving emails from a fake law firm saying I need to contact them to secure my company name trademark. I have had 3 emails in a week, trying to escalate the urgency. This number is the one they tell me to ring.

Had the same email.

Caller: Ben Hamilton-scam lawyer

Email Trademark scammer ignore!

Scam. All fake. Sent them this link and never heard back.

Also going under Ben @ ipcoreau.com - Trademark theft of a very unique business name - sure.... idiots.... IP Core AU

Caller: Ben Hamilton

Several emails from a Ben Hamilton saying I need to secure my trademark and if I don't within 24 hours, they will register it for someone else. I called the number, the same person posed as both the front desk operator and Ben Hamilton. Were very abusive when called out.

Caller: Ben Coogan

Scam call regarding Trademark infringement. Now going under the name of Markified AU and emails are signed Ben Coogan Trade Mark Lawyer. A lookup of the company and the individual on the IP Attorneys directory does not return any individual or business of that name. BEWARE.

I have been receiving multiple emails from a few fake trade mark firms, all saying I need to contact them "urgently" to secure the trademark for our company name as they have a new company requesting to file a trade mark for our company name. Numerous emails over the past few months, with repeats a few days later telling me how urgent this is. This number is supplied with the most recent emails. Complete scam.

Email address was a dead giveaway john @ marksolicitorsau.com.
Tried to scam me saying someone was trying to register my business name.

Caller: Scammer
