I also had a call with a recorded message saying a lawsuit had been filed by the ATO. I hung up before the message finished assuming it was a fraudulent call.

Computer generated voice threatening me with arrest if I didn't call them back. Yet when I did on my private work number, they hung up on me. Oh noes! Sounds like the ATO scan.
