I answered and they hung up.

Caller: pretending to be from Telstra saying my phones ip address was going from private to public

tell them you will go into the store and ask about it in person!! the guy said their name was micheal and it sounded like they were talking with the fingers clapping their nose!!

Caller: Someone pretending to be from Microsoft wafting on about IP address needing to be changed - heavy Indian accent, attempting an 'any desk' program installation to take total control over device.

Caller: they say they are from Telstra

I mentioned I was goggling their phone number they hung up go figure

keeps ringing, not leaving messages

Someone pretending to be from Telstra tech support. A strong Indian accent. They hung up after I asked what my Ip address was.

can the telcos block these suspected numbers or arrest those whose names are associated with them. Australian govt need to do a lot to stop these scammers.

Repeatedly being called/pestered by this number and have now blocked it.

Comes up as Suspected Spam. Have had several calls from this number.
