Claims to represent Perpetual Ventures (perpetual-ventures.com) offering IPO access to billion dollar companies going public, naming; Discord, Impossible & DataBricks. The website provides no location of the company, no Financial Services registration, or direct contact details. You would be foolish to assume that it's anything but a scam!
See also the reports made against 0404 980 710. It's the same MO.
