My dad had the misfortune of getting sucked into moving to these morons - can't call them as the number comes up as disconnected so the only contact is via email! pack of turds! The phone stopped working & after 3 weeks of BS they sent a technician out who indicated there was nothing wrong with the lines & that wintelecom had switched my dads number to receiving calls only, THEIR MISTAKE! yet now they have added the $200 call out fee to the account! AVOID THIS MOB LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
