Someone supposedly buying and PS5 and invoicing me for it! Cheeky scammers!

freak my mum out until I point out the email didn't come from paypal. My mum still have a sense to call me to verify things, but other elderly will most likely fall for this scam, bunch of low lives scumbags.

If you got an email says you made big purchase and call a number to cancel, it 99% a scam, please check the sender email address.

Same as previous entry - apparently I ordered a PS5 for $550. I called the number and they claim to be paypal and claim to have all my details on screen.

I received a so called email from 'PayPal' invoicing me for the sum of $586.98 [AUD] for the purchase of PS5 Console. I did call this number and received a recorded message that it was unavailable then a person with a foreign accent called me back telling me he was from PayPal and someone had accessed my account and he would put the transaction on hold. Of course I didn't continue with the conversation and sent the email onto PayPal's phishing, he said he knew but couldn't tell me submission details !!
