Caller: Likely scammer Appears to be a scammer - big delay then a very bad connection and then someone with a strong accent claiming to be from "Accident Claims Management" saying that I had an accident in the last year (I didn't) - I cut them off

I have been getting calls from this number that went to voicemail but didn't leave a message. Also from related (08) 6003 0428, (08) 6003 0422, and (08) 6003 0424. So when I didn't miss the call I answered but didn't say anything. There was a few seconds of silence (not call centre noise or anything, no one said hello, there was no sound) and then the call disconnected. I'm thinking scam but what sort of scam just hangs up? Surely you can't be at risk from just answering a call and not saying anything, can you? You never know these days...
