Let it go to voicemail. Prerecorded voice - missed the intro so not sure what the topic was. Said to press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. Then gave a short message in Chinese.
I think these are usually some type of phishing scam.

Scam. The number is similar to other non-local numbers that are scams. Very strange, gives english and chinese options but when selecting english option they speak in chinese. I said something and they ask 'do you speak chinese?' and I said no and they hung up lol!!

Robo message claiming to be Homeland security, non existent in Australia, apparently I have important documents that require attention. Press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. Pressed 1 and they answer in Chinese. When I ask to speak English, they hang up.

Prerecorded voice about health insurance discrepancy from a fund I'm not with. Hung up and blocked. Phishing call.
