Caller: Claiming to be Paypal Rang from Marble Bar twice after i hung up. Called saying there is a payment on my Paypal from Canada and to confirm this and they will send a link to cancel it. Failed to tell me where there were from

They don't really say where they are from. But say that $18,000 in crypto currency has been taken from your Visa/Mastercard. They are unable to identify the card or if its Visa or Mastercard.
