Caller: RCI

I don’t understand all these comments about spam/cold calls and they “just keep hanging up”. If this is RCI they would not be calling you unless you are a member. They don’t cold call as far as I am aware. The problem with their call centre is they will never leave a message to say who it is, which annoys me no end.

I am an RCI 'holiday points' owner/member; I just called them on this 'unknown' Australian landline number and sorted out the 'marketing - make the best use of my points' call.

Suspected Spam.Keeps hanging up.

I too am an RCI member and have had several calls over number of weeks. If I hold on long enough to silent line, someone answers, but on two occasions I have hit "cancel call" before I learn who is calling me. But a male voice says hello. Very frustrating. Perhaps RCI call centre chasing further business, handling numerous calls at once, and when I answer they don't pick up quickly enough.

They keep calling and say nothing, do not hear them hanging up.

Assuming this is RCI - am definitely not a current member.. they gave us complimentary membership ( not requested) with our independent timeshare and we have not renewed.. very annoying as I asked to be taken off their list

they called me and i just grunted into the phone until they hung up. not legit.

silent call had multiple calls over the last week and several today hang up when i answer. NZ location

Phone rings. Answer. No reply. If RCI bad customer services probably trying to sell something.
