Few months ago I took Stockexinsider with other two companies to Court. / They working together /Relation to establish a Self Managed Superannuation Fund,with 20% - 30% annual return.The case is still running,they haven't even turned up for the two hearings.The court hearing notice came backon the first hearing as they P.O Box not exist./ I did not understand that time why /On the second hearing I have been presented a document,which was sent to the court by one of their solicitors,to say the third company was deregistered in 2005.I have been advised by a financial planner that I could report them to FICS / Financial Industry Complaints Service / now changed to FOS / Financial Ombudsman Service /.I will not tolerate their behaviour / Stockexinsider and their allies /I have been told I am the only customer from the thousand,who is not satisfied,it doesn't look like it.I have been told I'm a Lunatic by the second company.I have been threatened by Justin Squires,who is Justin Gibson now,that they have good lawyers and I will not stand against them.We will see.But I can promise one thing,I will not giving up,if needed I will also write letter to the Minister of Superannuation and relevant bodies.As a consumer we have remedies under the Trade Practices Act.These companies know it takes lot of time and effort,and money if you are involving lawyers.The Onus of Proof on Us to establish the case against them.I will write more as things will developing.

Good question, Have been on this case for 3 years now, after we got fleeced. Spoon feed ASIC and Fair Trading all the info, AND each said it was the others issue.
Even the Police wouldnt touch it as it's a consumer issue.
Did all the leg work, proved legally it was a scam, but could not serve the papers as Glenn Cribb, Justin Squires (aka Justin Smith) obviously were not at the false address's they lodged with ASIC.
Notified ASIC of thier pending "Business Renewal Date" (So they had a heads up) and what did ASIC do??  RENEWED THIER REGISTERATION ofcourse complete with false information.....

Now I ask you, with your Governments finest protecting us, How NOT can people like this just keep operating year after year, when the Keystone Cops are on the case.
By the way most of these people in question, over the years have been involved with TALLIA INVESTMENTS GROUP, SMART MONEY TECHNOLOGY and now I think STOCK EX INSIDER.
I have a whole file draw with documents, dates and pretty daming evidence if anyone finally works out a way to bring these people down. But just don't rely on Asic or Fair Trading.

This number is from a Scam running in SouthPort on the Gold Coast. ASIC, ACCC and QLD Dept of Fair Trading are aware of this scam but have done little or nothing to stop them. The only way is to spread the word and put them out of business.

These guys are scammers that are now working at Stock-Ex Insider at www.stockexinsider.com.au they are the same scammers that worked at Advanced Markets International and Dynamic Traders International.

Beware they are running a scam on the Gold Coast trying to sell share trading software.

Glad????? to hear that we're not the only suckers in Australia..We lost the $9,800 plus about $600 to Bet On Markets from bad trades, plus about 4 months of $100 a month "trade alerts".. We thought it looked reasonably safe since they "got a Government grant" and all, what good are the government? Its every man for himself these days.. Hopefully we've all learned from our mistakes...?! Fair Trading and all them bunch are no help to anyone that I'm aware of.. Anyone had any luck with a refund yet?
