Caller: Community Care for Kids (Homeland Media Pty Ltd).

This company will ring busy companies and keep badgering until they get payment of an emailed invoice that states "this is not a bill you are not required to pay any money'' without agreed written authorisations of advertising material.

Watch calls from Statewise Emergency Response (or Homeland Media) they say they call you months prior then email an invoice which states"this is not a bill you are not required to pay any money" but then pressure you to pay as you agreed to advertising. Seems they forget to provide the proof of the advert and obtain proper authorisation.
If these companies are legit have proper procedures in place like every other advertising/printing company - provide the proofs and evidence first and obtain written signed authorisations before sending bills
