I never answer these calls. I am unsure if it is because I am with Telstra, but now these phone calls come up on my phone screen as Scam/Potential Fraud - the phone recognises this for me and so I don't answer. I always looks on this site to see if there is any information about the numbers as well.

Caller: Seeing Eye Dogs

Said they were collecting for Seeing Eye Dogs raffle.

Called x3 in the last 24hours - I didn't pick up as didn't know the number. Glad I didn't.. these calls are so annoying as I also get work calls to my number so its a risk that I miss a work call when trying to avoid these scammers :(

Several calls received- didn't recognize the number - no messages left -

First time to my mobile today. Charity calls usually come to my home line. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Have received several calls from this number. The one time I picked up they hung up on me

Caller: Fund raising group allegedly representing the Salvation Army

I answered without saying anything, person on other end asked 'is this (my name)' I asked 'who's calling?' - he responded with "I'm (name), part of a fund raising group representing the Salvation Army. I politely said that I don't donate over the phone, bid him a nice day and terminated the call.

My gut feeling was that he did NOT sound legitimate. Reading other comments here re: 'Apple' above only confirm my initial reaction. Number now blocked.

Didn'y answer the next day and no message.

This number calls me twice a day. I don't answer and they never leave a message.

They cold called me (I don't mind cold calls) but when I answered they hung up on me. I called back and it goes to a message for "Apple Marketing Group".

This the second time in the last two days where I get a call from this number, there is a long period of silence then they hang up, am getting bloody annoyed!!!
