We never answer the home line number anymore... its never someone I want to talk too anyway. I only keep it because... crickets...

Yet another number added to the spam list.

English sounding man had my name & said he was calling about solar rebate. I told him I wasn't interested, already had solar & he asked if I was still paying for electricity. I told him none of his business & hung up.

Something about solar rebate. Told them I had solar and wasn't interested. Hung up and then they phoned again. Very hard to understand the person speaking.

I said "Hullo?" Silence. I said "Hullo?" again, more silence. Sounded like the call was connecting through hoops. Next a female foreign accent wanted to know if she was speaking to (had my name right, weird pronunciation). She was in the middle of saying that again, I said "Mate, I'm hanging up. Bye."

Getting a number of these calls, mid afternoons. All different numbers, but same deal. Scams.

Asked to speak to owner of my address.actually said my address.i said I'm not owner and quickly hung up

Called my work place phone, stayed silent and then hung up.

Caller: Not sure

Answered phone to no one there, then after a couple seconds a beep and automated voice that says "good bye"
I'm assuming this is to get you to call the number back so someone can rip you off.

Sounded like a scam call. Hung up

Trying to get personal details by claiming you are eligible for a second rebate for solar. Do not provide details.

Caller: No idea

Rang no message left
Now blocked
