Caller: Says it was Ebay Suspected scammer. Said they were Ebay and that $299 for Gift cards were going to be taken from my account and were verify the purchase. Wanted me to download an app to be able to fill out a form to stop the purchase. Was a heated conversation and a longer story. I didn't download the app by the way.
