Had to ring this number to RENEW or pay $299.99 a month. Never heard of them before except in other scam forums.

email quoting same number purportedly from "MC SUPPORT AUSTRALIA Repair and Protection Plan" saying my subscription will automatically renew. Never heard of them and don't intend to phone in view of above comments. Other information: "Sender" - NOTIFICATION (contact @ borneofoodie.com) and in "reply to" field: geeksquad067 @ gmail.com

Ditto for previous comment. Email received saying to ring to ring this number to renew membership with TECH SUPPORT AUSTRALIA [which is based in NSW] or pay $299.99 a month. Never had any dealings with these people before and number in the email does not match the number on the TECH SUPPORT AUSTRALIA website.

email received from support @ fidiaconseil.net stating our Australian Tech Support Protection Plan is due to automatically renew.

with the phone number listed to cancel the membership.

Calling the number goes through to a low budget Indian call centre.
