Automated message saying they where goi g to issue an arrest warrant if I didn’t respond which I didn’t nothing saying who it was from

Claiming to be from ATO and threatening legal action for unpaid tax.

I didnt accept call, then a SMS came with a voice call msg and transcript here it is "There is a lost(?) suitcase(?) is getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division no. is 7564." Message2Text

I reckon this is a scam. got a msg saying we have a lost suitcase with name on it.
