Caller: ANZ Caller identified himself as Mark Dawn from the ANZ fraud team and knew my first and last name. He said there had been a fraudulent transaction on my account. I suspected it wasn't legit so asked him his name again and he said Mark Dawn, but you can just call me daddy and then "did you write that down babes?". Didn't give him any useful info and obviously I hung up immediately. So no harm done but reported to ANZ anyway.

Caller: Anz Pretended to be from ANZ- said he would cancel a fraudulent transaction and read out a reference in letters - he wanted me to read the letters back to him . I said no and he hung up - I believe he was trying to record my voice for voice recognition
