Caller: Adam Wilson, Visa Mastercard Banking Security, Ciba Security Fraud Squad

This person advised me to install Anydesk on my phone. He wanted to keep me longer on the phone to secure my phone saying hackers were going to take out $500 from my account but they could intercept it. I
told him he did not know who I did my banking with. I got off the phone and went to our local Police Station and the officer said it was a scam. She said every 7 minutes a phone scam occurs in Australia.

Caller: TELSTRA

Said he was with telstra and that I had a unsecured internet connection. Told him I would call optus as I am not a telstra customer and hung up

The number came up as LISACA Property Management but when I answered a thick Indian accent said it was Telstra and they were calling about my Internet. Hung up straight away.

This caller attempted to identify as Telstra Data Centre, was unable to quote a Telstra ID using the correct nomenclature . I am a former Telstra tech

Caller: Caller said he was from Telstra

Person said that he was from Telstra and he has tried to send me notifications that my IP address has been comprimised and tried to get me to log in to my computer and give him some information. SCAM AND BLOCKED

Scam caller. Said from Telstra internet saying issues with internet. Want to access. Don’t allow. Hang up immediately.

Number flagged as LISACA property management. Did not answer, no message left. Called back and number is disconnected.

Caller ID flags this as Lisaca Property Management, but caller claims to be from Telstra Technical Services, obvious scam.

Caller: Jennifer - Telstra representative

Claimed to be from Telstra. Advising my IP address for my home internet service is set to public not private, which was allegedly exposing me to risks. I asked for her contact phone number and name to call back and she hung up. Indian accent. My last several dealings with Telstra have been on home soil with Australians so was suspicious from the start.

Caller: Telstra regarding my internet service

Hung up on me when I told her my internet service wasn't with Telstra.

"SMART" on my phone showed the name "LISACA Property Management". A Google search came up with a listing on yelp.com, with an the address: 13 Grice Ave #5 Paradise Point Queensland 4216 Australia; but no reviews. The search also revealed a listing on ABN Lookup for "The trustee for Lisaca Property Management Trust" with the ABN "Cancelled from 31 May 2014". The call went to my voicemail, but there was only noise in the background, suggesting a Call Centre!

This person advised that there were problems with my computer and I needed their help in fixing it. I told him my son would take care of it when he came home and he told me this was not possible that they needed to help. I then hung up as this has happened to me before. Scam.

Said they were calling from Telstra because my internet security was compromised on my mobile phone. Kept ringing from different numbers - very insistent.

They said Telstra team and detect my phone number as a public IP so they need to change to Private.
They asked me download app which is AnyDesk Remote Desktop. DO NOT download as it give you an access to your phone!

Caller: Telstra re internet.

Caller said he was from Telstra and he wanted to talk about internet. I ended the call as I said I don't trust unsolicited calls. Then I reverse checked the phone number and saw that this number has been used for previous scams.

Claims to be able to help secure your internet: absolute scam trying to “help”. Have to wonder how pathetic of a life these people lead

Women suggested she was from Telstra and that my ip address had been changed by someone else.

They caller said they want to talk to me about Telstra internet, the accent was very think that originally it sound like she want to talk to me about the Telstra incident, I do not use Telstra for my provide so hung up
