I've got some tidbits I'll share with you:

The outbound team can't leave messages. They'll get sacked for doing so.

If you don't want them to call you, get onto their internal DNC register. That is a sure fire way of stopping calls.

Also being on the national DNC register, helps you too.

this number kept ringing, answered twice and they start offering product/services...hung up! never answer unknown number ever again. If they're a genuined call they will leave VM.

They piss us off all the time we have to stop work to get the phone, just to waste our time. Time is money $$$$ Piss off STOP RINGING US>

I get these phone calls all the time and have now found and left a message on Travis Grant's facebook page, I suggest everyone else does too. Austel naturally do not answer their business number and you reach their messagebank. I have left a message for Travis Grant to phone me. It would be nice if everyone else phoned him too.

Same as everyone else, they keep calling and hanging up. And when I went to their web site, that doesn't work either!

I have gotten 22 calls last week from this number so now when they ring we don't answer

Just google the number and checked above comments and daamn they were calling everybody, i ve never answered their call an im with optus

1 to 2 calls every day, when i answer, a long pause and then it hangs up. Last night when i answered, i actually got someone and he wanted to talk to me about reclaiming any money i may have been overcharged with my existing mortgage. Sounds dodgy to me, i hung up. I have been to there website to remove me rom their database

they have called now for months, if answered, there is no response. SCAMMING TIME WASTERS.
