If you call this number back without showing your number (see your phone settings for number display or hide) it answers with a recorded message of: Your account has insufficient funds to complete the call" If you follow prompts is will ask for cedit details. IF THERE IS NO CONTACT NAME IN YOUR CONTACTS FOR A NUMBER THAT APPEARS ON YOUR PHONE - DO NOT answer it. Call it back with your number hidden.
