Got a call and no message left, try and call back and always engaged! Over these people ringing to try and sell crap over the phone if I wanted to buy something from you I would have called you!!

They say they are from an investment firm and then ask details of your mortgage etc, They are interested in you equity  in your home how you make payments and what you can afford,I hung up they rang straight back, they seemed doubtful when I told them i had invested a lot of my money in a rental at kirribilli.
