I got a phonecall from chase edwards..... i usually do not take calls but i decided to see what they wanted .... a nice girl came on the phone and began telling me about what they do and how i could reduce my tax etc.... i listened because i pay a fortune in tax every year... so i arranged a free appointment,,, well the consultant came to my house and gave me a thorough look at how i could reduce my tax and redue my mortagage, etc everything they said and gave me advice on was great, I actually learned so much and I work in finance which is why i felt confident taking the appoinmtment. They saved me time and money and it was for free, i understand why they do call us now and I wish more people would just listen!!!!!!I did not have to pay a thing and did not get asked, so yes i Will be reccomending their service to friends and family. All you people who hang up should just take a second and listen, it worked really well for me and is legite

Had a meeting with chase edwards to find out what they are about, simply put they want you to buy house and land packages, for an inflated price so your behind the eight ball from the beginning, they use only one builder so you would think they are paid from developers to sell properties, they are not trying to do what's right for you they are trying to make money, you can do what they offer yourself and be much better off.

Well I have dealings with Chase Edwards and have built 2 homes through them for my husband and myself and they are fantastic. We are onto our third property and yes we are saving thousands of dollars in tax. So for all the negatives there are positives as well.

When they call and hang up do they steal $5 of your pre-paid credit like others do?

Looks like I'm back on their call list again!
They asked about property's we own.
I said we lease our residences and depots.
She then hung up.
Hopefully this has worked and no more nuisance calls.

I think these people called from an 02 number, but it's the same rubbish. I like how they introduce themselves in a sentence that also uses the term 'federal government incentive' as if they are just governmeng agents. And say that they are licensed by ASIC 'to qualify' people for that supposed incentive.

Chase Edwards = DODGY. I called them back using 1300 440 281 and got a call centre guy. When I asked why he called and hung up when I answered, he stated there was 'good reason' for this but he was not able to tell me what it was. I asked what possible reason there was, he repeated himself. He asked for my name, I told him, I asked for his he said he would 'prefer not to say'. What a ridiculous way to run a company or inspire any trust in your product. Call the 1300 number, tell them what you think of them and get your number off their call list.

A woman rang today. Allegedly they will minimise my tax. Allegedly they provide this service for free.

It is entirely believable that a persistent sales staff employed by some gung ho (greed-crazed?)financial types are working for free. Yet the woman kept telling me that their services were free.

Their lives would be more productive if they stayed at home on the dole and took drugs. There is one consolation - they have some kind of fault wuith their phones, as attested above.

What a dreadful company. I get the same very annoying calls. Apparently they are retirement financial advisers. How did they get my mobile number and how did they know I have just turned 60 years.

Annoying. Very annoying. Have spoken on the phone. Have asked to be removed. Keep getting calls.
A great way to tarnish your brand. I offer professional services and often see the consistency between harassing marketing and the client experience (high pressure, etc). Good luck to those who actually give them the time of day...

We keep getting ongoing calls. We are on the do not call register and we haven't given out our new number to any one. Yet we still get calls from this number and a few others at all times of the day. Now we have turned down the phones ringer volume and don't even answer the phone. We still use *69 with optus to find out what numbers are calling. Wondering if its worth while reporting them to acma

having been a 'Chase' employee they are not a scam or shonky BUT they are a front for a builder so the recommendations they give are broad based - you will also probably find there is a very hefty loading on the houses - you can save tens of thousands going to builders yourseld and cutting them out
