It is a company claiming to be "National Consumer Centre" who wants to sell life insurance. They ring and ring and ring, and yes they hang up...

This number keeps ringing me, when I answer it disconnects. When I ring it back I get an optus message that the number is not connected. How can a number that is not connected keep calling me ? I want to strangle someone !
