Caller: 2-for-1 Rewards / Cruises

Booking/Travel agency team for 2-4-1 Rewards (also 2-4-1 Cruises, 2-4-1 Holidays, etc).
We have previously booked and executed travel plans through this company, so not a fraudulent operation.
On this occasion it was not a nuisance / marketing./ etc call. It was a follow up call due to a legitimate travel booking having been made through them.
Entering this information for future references / lookup if they call trying to sell a package, or something similar. Agents and sales teams are both Australian and international personnel, in case there is an accent present, but previous experiences/contact has them operating from Gold Coast, QLD
