i wanted to take my second working holiday visa but

Please note To be eligible for a second working holiday visa you must have completed three months (minimum 88 days) of what is called specified work in regional Australia while on your first Working Holiday visa.

However, we find that you only completed 70 days despite the period of working covering for 3 months.

Could you please confirm with me?
Is the work full time work?
The reason for actual 70 days worked is because you counted the actual number of days after the deducted the weekends?
Is there any other reasons why it is 70 days ?
