Caller: Caller hangs up after a few rings... Called the number back using number blocking (1831) Company is EMRS Market research. https://www.emrs.com.au/ AND their website says they're not bound by the Do Not Call register. They do have a link to put your number in to stop them calling you. Not giving them it though.
Suitably blocked now
