You could receive a call from this number and a message left regarding an EBAY debt amount that will be coming out of your account. I bothered to call the number back and the person ( foreigner ) was more interested in information about me than explaining the call. A message had ben left ... it was one of those automated messages telling me that I have money coming out of my account and if I wanted to cancel that PRESS 1 etc. I rang the number back a second time and it answered but no-one spoke then they hung up. Then when I phoned the third time HE ( name apparently Josh - yeah right ) answered saying "Hello this is Ebay". I gave him an ear full.
