message about money being taken from me. l called and gentleman said someone had tried to purchase from ebay account, when pressed bout what was purchased they hung up

missed a call from this number - tried to call it back a few times, every time is gave a busy signal then would disconnect.

Left voicemail recorded message supposedly from eBay to press keys for refund or cancellation....only thing is that I don't have anything on purchase from eBay ....

Caller: said it was Ebay... vm said I was being charged for an ebay item I purchased (I didn't). I called the number back and a female answered with a strong American accent saying 'welcome to ebay'. I hung up. If it really was ebay, surely no one would answer straight way. SPAM
