I had another call quite recently from a similar number. This time I picked up the phone though with no intention of saying anything. The caller didn't even bother to speak after butting into my life uninvited, so I kept the line open for an hour and a half in the hope that it would stop the pests using the number to harass other people for a while.
I'm totally fed up with this plague.

Yet another unknown/unrecognised caller that didn't leave a message. These types of calls are now so common and originate from so many different numbers that I can only assume they're all unsolicited callers or scammers.

Robo call - makes you think it's a real person but it's not.

This number (07) 5345 6207 is still at it - making unsolicited phone calls. I answered, there was noise but no voice at the other end so I promptly hung up.
As an aside, I tell all callers asking for donations that I NEVER donate money to people who ring me. I tell them I will consider their charity and politely hang up.

This charity choice mob is like a horrible infection spreading exponentially. Numbers appear to come from many states and they try three to four times a day, even though, thanks to this site I always block them. Envy the person who indicated that their calls have diminished. The usual giveaway +61 followed by mostly a 03 or a 07

Caller didn't realize he was talking to a message machine. Said he was from Charity Choice. Google says this is a scam. Beware they use multiple numbers across a variety of states and are persistent.

If it’s a scam why do they not say anything when you pick up? I don’t get their m.o. at all? Seems stupid to not even try.
Unless there is another layer to the scam??? Reverse charge perhaps?
If there is someone reading this that works for these mobs let us know what the actual play is?
If you’re someone reading this for advice… you already know what to do. Stop, block and report.

Lowlife scumbag scammer - no message left.

I agree about the numbers, I've noticed there's a few that I've had and they are very similar apart from a couple of numbers. I never pick up any unknown numbers. If they were actually legit they would leave a message. I don't get as many these days, just the occasional nuisance.

No message left but if you call back they say no representative is available to take call so leave a message.
