This 07 (QLD) number called my Perth landline at 3.50pm on a weekday, meaning it was 5.50pm there. I don't know anyone in QLD anyway. Called back twice, 2 hours apart and both times got the Telstra recorded message, "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed at this time. Please hang up and try again later.
Will try again a few more times during work hours, before blocking it.
