Female claiming to seeking donation to reduce the euthanasia of cats and dogs to zero. Clearly, whoever she represents, does not care that there are situations where the veterinarian will recommend euthanasia is necessary to end the suffering of the animal. Therefore, one can only conclude the unsolicited call is probable scam.
