Caller: Cat and dog welfare

Almost certainly a robocall that starts off with a cheery welcome and a "How are you today?". Whether I say good or some other similar random response, the well spoken female continues with a passionate description of the animal's lives and a request for a "one off donation". Each time I get one of these calls I answer with more and more random comments. Eventually the bot gives up and with a final "Have a nice day" terminates the call. The incoming number varies widely so it's not possible to block every call.
