Male voice, Indian or other subcontinent accent with background office noise claimed to represent "Telstra technical department." Proceeded to ask how I was today I said "Thanks but no thanks" and hung up. I rang the number back and got the engaged tone. Telstra does not make calls to customers like this. Attempted scam, well known to me.
