Asian man who spoke such poor english and so quickly, I couldn't understand a word he said. Sounded like he identified himself as a business/telemarketer, so assumed he was flogging services/products and hung up. Deem this a nuissance call

Caller: Jarmine I have no idea how they got my number, but refused to slow speech when asked five times to tell who they are and their organisation, actually spoke faster. I ended up saying " I don't know you, goodbye"
