When I answered a recorded message commenced telling me that now that I was on an NBN service some other service was going to be discontinued and I was asked to remain on the line while I was transferred to a call operator to supply details. At this point I hung up and reported the call to Telstra who confirmed that they do not contact Customers in this fashion.
